THE MESSAGE GIVERS: Mastering The Hidden Agenda Of Nonverbal Language

Pulos To Facilitate Discussion Groups For NYSAE WIN Shared Interest Group On Nonverbal Behavior

Ginny PulosHaving the title “leader,” doesn’t make one. Leadership and trust is communicated through our voice tone, the words we use and our body language. When all are consistent, we feel we can trust a person – even if we dislike that person. Freud says “The lips conceal. The body reveals. Truth oozes out of every pore.” So learning to master this critical communication component of nonverbal behavior gives those who do the edge in meetings, negotiations and every day interactions between employees and personnel. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to explore the impact of the Message Givers with your fellow female leaders. Facilitating this SIG is: Ginny Pulos, Founder and President of Ginny Pulos Communications, Inc., a speech, media and training consultancy (www.ginnypulos.com). Ginny is a specialist in presentation and persuasion skills, and in team building in corporate environments. She pioneers innovative programs designed to help others know and persuasively use who they really are, in and out of the spotlight. Some of the organizations that Ginny serves include Avon, Johnson & Johnson, UNICEF, Time Warner, American Women Insurance Professionals, Hispanic Society of America, National Court Reporter’s Association, Nantucket Lightship Museum, Support Center For Nonprofit Management, The Tiger Woods Foundation, Trickle Up Foundation, United Jewish Appeal’s Connect to Care and The New York Times.
